WHO WE ARE
TPG exists to develop people into the kind of leaders who make others powerful — not the kind who accumulate power for themselves.
Power measured by how much it enlarges others, not how much it accumulates.
Leadership grounded in character — the private matching the public.
Leaders across 50+ countries learning from one another, raising one another.
INITIATIVES
Five initiatives that turn values into outcomes — global gatherings, retreats, cultural celebration, weekly rhythm, and days of service.
International Conference
Annual global conference bringing TPG leaders from all continents into one room.
Leadership Retreat
Intensive retreat for intentional transformation — vision, character, clarity.
Cultural Celebration
A cultural festival celebrating the heritage each leader brings to the community.
Weekly Rhythm
The backbone. Every Thursday, members worldwide gather for learning and connection.
Global Day of Service
One day a year, every region, simultaneous outreach — visible proof that power is for others.
OUR REACH
Nigeria (multiple regions), Ghana
United Kingdom, Germany, North Cyprus
United States, Canada
Russia, select emerging regions
THE BACKBONE
The Thursday Gathering is where TPG actually happens. Members from every region join — virtual or in-person — for teaching, community, and accountability.
Not a one-off event. A weekly rhythm that, compounded over years, shapes how members lead.
Virtual gathering accessible to members worldwide. Regional chapters also gather in person where feasible.
“It is not an event we attend. It is a rhythm we live.”
— CONVENER TOLU OLUWO
IMPACT
Not abstract claims. Specific moments where TPG showed up for someone, somewhere, in a way that mattered.
TPG Ogun Region adopted Stella Obansojo for GDOS, and what began as a one-day outreach became an ongoing relationship.
● Lagos, Nigeria
A simple idea: the people who keep traffic moving are usually invisible. TPG made them visible.
● Multiple Cities, Nigeria
During a season of nurse strikes, TPG members organized to deliver care packages and public recognition.
● Ibadan, Lagos, Abuja
● YOUR TURN
If this is the kind of leadership you want to build — and to be formed by — your next step is a conversation.
LATEST FROM TPG
Articles from across the community — new thinking from the Convener, outreach reports from the regions, and news from the movement.
